How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every feature. No card is needed to start, and you choose a plan only when you decide to continue.
Who counts as a team account?
Everyone on your team who logs in: doctors, therapists, nurses, reception, admin. The owner's account is always free. Accounts you deactivate, for someone who has left, stop counting. More than 10 team accounts? Ask us for an Enterprise plan.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like under Plan and billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and your data is never deleted.
Can you move our patients over from our old system?
Yes. We help you import your patients from your old system, so you start with your records in place. Just get in touch after you sign up.
How do we get help?
Write to us by email at any time, and for urgent problems message us on WhatsApp. Urgent problems (no one can log in, the clinic can't work) get an answer within 2 working hours; other problems within 1 working day; questions and requests within 2 working days. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Central European Time.
What happens if the trial ends or a payment fails?
You get a grace period first. After that your workspace becomes read-only until billing is sorted. Your data is never deleted.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in Europe, under European data protection rules. Each clinic's data is kept strictly separate from every other clinic's.
Which languages are supported?
The app is available in English, Italian, Albanian, German, French and Spanish. Documents and reminders go out in each patient's own language.
Do our patients need an account?
No. Only your team logs in. Patients receive reminders and documents, and can request appointments through the booking widget on your website.
We're not a dental clinic. Can we use it?
Yes. Choose "General clinic" when you sign up: calendar, patients, treatment plans, prescriptions, payments and reminders, without the dental chart. You rename services and roles to fit your work. Ready-made setups for physiotherapy, aesthetics and eye care are on the way.
Do prices include VAT?
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your country, and you receive a proper invoice for every payment.
